“Atom- TOR”, JSC
By the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, JSC Atom-TOR was defined as the management company for the territories of advanced social and economic development (TASED), created in the closed administrative-territorial units (ZATO), where the enterprises of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom are located.
The only shareholder is the Russian Federation. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation to exercise control over the activities of the management company Atom-TOP and its subsidiaries. On behalf of the Russian Federation, the State Corporation Rosatom is empowered to exercise the rights of a shareholder in the management company Atom-TOR.
